Travel Workshop - November 22nd, 2016

[image1_left] On November 22nd at 6 P.M., Joanne Stolte, a well-traveled, honored photographer and an international judge will lead a workshop regarding what makes a good travel image. Joanne travels and judges competitions all around the world, so she is an excellent person to review what makes a good travel photo! She will also review the LPA definition and the PSA definition. This will help us all get ready for our travel competition coming up in January 2017.

Joanne has earned the PPSA, EPSA, and MPSA Distinctions and the APSA and FPSA Honors from PSA. She is past President of S4C and has been General Chair of the S4C International Exhibition since 2001 earning a HonS4C for her service. She is the Chair of the Southern California Chapter of PSA. She received the Artiste distinction (AFIAP) and the Excellence distinction (EFIAP) from the Federation Internationale de L’art Photographique. Joanne is a respected international judge, judging, for example, the Welsh, the Great British Small Print Circuit, Fotoferia, PSA China, Polish, the Holland Circuit, Gia Dinh (Vietnam), Tekesi, and AC-FOTO German Mega Circuit.

There will be a no-host dinner before the meeting at 4:30 P.M. at the Greenhouse Café.

Joanne would like those who are attending the workshop to upload one travel picture. Please make sure the upload has a title. Then send an email, one question about the photo to shirleyroseab@roadrunner.com.  The upload opportunity will close Nov. 20, 2016, (extended date).
