PSA Report for July, 2013

PSA Annual Conference, Portland, Maine: Only a couple more months before the PSA Annual Conference will begin. The dates are September 15th through September 21st 2013. There are many tours available from September 15th through September 17th. Classes and meetings begin on September 18th. Tina Crow entered the Hoylake International Exhibition in England. She received four acceptances. One acceptance was in the Projected Image Division, two were in the Nature Division, and one was in the Photojournalism Division.

In the July issue of the PSA Journal, it mentions Helen Henry earned her 1st Editorial Star. Nan Carder, EPSA earned her Projected Image Division 4th Star.

Helen Henry received an acceptance in the PSA Photojournalism Competition from the Best PJ Quarterly Images for 2012. Her image can be viewed at this web link. http://johnlarson.4t.com/Year_2012/Html/sect_1.htm.

If any LPA members belong to PSA, they can compete in the PSA Photojournalism Quarterly competition. There is no fee to participate.
