General Meeting, Food Photography, August 20 at 6:00pm

Ed graduated Brooks Institute in the mid 70s and went to LA to find work as an assistant. He was lucky enough to find work with a high level photographer and stayed with that studio for a few years. Eventually he got enough of his own work and opened his own studio in LA. It was a busy time with some fashion as well as clients from the automobile industry.

The career moved from one thing to another and eventually to food photography. A connection with a Food stylist led to work for Richard Simmons and his early Deal a Meal recipe books. Another Food stylist linked him to Sandra Lee from the Food Network. That work continues today.

He moved his family and studio to Valencia in the early 90s and found a new area of work with the Aerospace Industry and other Industrial clients.
