PSA Projected Image Division Interclub (First Round): PSA Projected Image Division Interclub (Fourth Round): The PSA Projected Image Division Interclub competition will open November 1st.
PSA Nature Interclub (First Round): The PSA Nature Interclub competition will open October 15th.
PSA Photojournalism Division Interclub (Fourth Round): PSA Photojournalism (PJ) Interclub competition will open November 15th.
The results have been announced for the PSA Photojournalism (PJ) Interclub for the 2013-2014 competition season.
LPA won the PJ Interclub fourth round with the highest score of 72.
After the third round, LPA was tied for third place. Their results were high enough to earn first place in the Group A year-end results with 255 points.
Winning First Place in the PJ Human Interest, was “Flower Girl” by Sue Liberto
Winning Second Place in the PJ Open was “Bad Bulls 3824” by Nan Carder, EPSA
Winning Honorable Mention in PJ Human Interest was “Fire Control” by Maryann Ryan
Winning Honorable in Mention in PJ Open was “Summer Fun” by Rock Myers
Other members competing in this round were Tina Crowe and David Wilkins.
LPA Members competing in this year’s competitions were the following: Tina Crowe, Arliss Dawson, Eugene Duley, Helen Henry, Sharna Lee, Bill Liberto, Sue Liberto, Rock Myers, Maryann Ryan, Scott Shackelford, Pam Vick, Wayne Staley, Dale Ware, Chris Wilkins, David Wilkins, and Nan Carder, EPSA.
PSA Travel Division Interclub (First Round): Travel Interclub will open November 15th.
PSA Projected Image Division (PID) Creative Interclub (Third Round): Results are pending.
PSA Youth Photography Showcase: In 2015, the PSA Youth Showcase will include a Monochrome Category.
PSA Photojournalism Quarterly Competition: Entries are due August 31st. Any PSA member may participate. There are no entry fees. Four images may be entered in PJ General, and four for the themed PJ (Sports Action for this competition). Everyone will need to enter the Entry Form: Two or less. S4C International Exhibition: Arliss Dawson, Diana Edgel, Helen Henry, Rock Myers, Scott Shackelford, Bill Sutton, Dale Ware, Pat Ware, David Wilkins, Chris Wilkins, and Nan Carder, EPSA, entered this years S4C International Exhibition. All LPA members received acceptances. Congratulations to Helen Henry who received a judge’s choice in Photojournalism Human Interest. Diana Edgel, Bill Sutton, Dale Ware, David Wilkins, and Nan Carder received Honorable Mentions.

Club Service Award: Thank you Sue Craft for submitting the proposal for the Lancaster Photography Association for the PSA Club Service Award. LPA earned the award in 2011 and can apply every three years. Endorsing LPA were Holly Peskin and David Wilkins. Many LPA members donate their time for many services in our community. PSA recognizes and rewards clubs whose members donate time to their communities.
Ocean State International Exhibition: Entries for this year’s Ocean States International Exhibition will close October 25th this year. More information will be posted when available.
