On April 18 th , 2023, Lancaster Photography Association is excited to have Kevin Karzin come and speak to us at 6:00 p.m. at the Antelope Valley Senior Center!

Learn the art and science of product photography! We will cover everything from lighting and composition to camera settings and post-processing, giving you the tools and knowledge you need to crate stunning product photos that will help you showcase your products in the best possible light.

During the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a range of different products, from small accessories to larger items, allowing you to practice and refine your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Kevin Karzin’s passion for photography started in 1983, and he has been capturing stunning images ever since. With over four decades of experience in the industry, he has established himself as one of the most accomplished photographers in Santa Clarita, CA.

In 2023, Kevin earned his Master of Photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America, which is a prestigious achievement. He has also won numerous awards for his work, including the Gold and Silver medals in the International Photographic Competition put on by the Professional Photographers of America.

Kevin’s talent and skill has also been recognized by industry organizations. He has had several “Loan” images, and he was named the 2018 Photojournalism Photographer of the Year for the Professional Photographers of California. In addition, he was a Top 10 Photographer in 2018 and 2019 for the Professional Photographers of California.

Kevin Karzin is currently serving as the President of the Professional Photographers of California and is also the President of the Santa Clarita Valley Photographers Association, a local group of photographers who share their passion and expertise with others in the community. As a leader in both the state and local photography communities, Kevin is committed to giving back and helping other photographers achieve their goals.
