Off-Camera Flash Workshop - March 22 2022 at 5:30PM

On March 22, 2022, Lancaster Photography Association will be meeting at Apollo Park at 5:30 p.m. for an Off-Camera Flash workshop. Our speaker will be David Bowles.

“Hey!  My name is David Scott Bowles, I'm a portrait and wedding photographer from Lancaster Ca.  My passion is in the studio, but I love to take the studio outdoors, utilizing Off Camera Flash.  At weddings this is huge!  This is how you get those amazing dance floor shots, or those epic Bridal Portraits! I'll be teaching the basic fundamentals of off camera flash. Can't wait to see you there!”

Several members have asked for this sort of workshop, so we are looking forward to learning some great techniques from David Bowles. It will be a great learning opportunity for everyone!

FYI – The competition theme for January 2023 is “Non-studio Portraits”, so this is a great chance to learn about how to light portraits outside using off-camera flash.
