Photography and First Responders - August 20, 2024

On August 20, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Antelope Valley Senior Center, Lancaster Photography Association presents Aaron Maurer, speaking about Photography and First Responders. 

Aaron Maurer grew up in California and learned photography from his father. He now has a career in law enforcement and public information and is a father to eight incredible kids. 

The night's discussion will be focused on photography procedures around emergency incidents and natural disasters. Aaron will speak about how to obtain publishable photos while staying safe and without inhibiting first responders.

He will also discuss his favorite camera settings for various aircraft, settings for photographing emergency vehicles, and how photography has opened up his kids to many otherwise unattainable experiences.
