We meet at Denny's at the corner of Avenue K and 20th Street West, very close to the freeway.

Glad to hear that you want to become an LPA member. The more the merrier.
I've been a member for four months now so I'm still new at all of this myself. While getting to general meetings is an important aspect, it's not the only one. Like Terri said, we have Friday night get togethers and other stuff is on the near future agenda you might be able to attend. Do become a member, keep in touch through this website and share some of your pictures from time to time with us.

Are you meeting the Friday before Easter? Is so we will be there. Also when do the club dues come due for renewal?

If you are interested in joining LPA for the rest of the year, you pay 50% of the fees. You can also wait until the year starts July 1, 2009. You can join as an individual or as a family. Send the membership dues to the LPA PO Box 498, Lancaster.

Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is John and I am living in Rosamond. I am not yet a member of LPA I plan on joining soon. My only trouble is attending any of the meetings on Tuesday night as my commute is quite far and I usually don't get home till after 7:00 pm and I am usually up by 3:00am, so that's a bit of a tough one for me. However I do visit your site quite often just to see what you are all up to. Are the meetings mandatory? I know I should try to attend if I planing on joining just to meet you all. I sure I'm not the only one with this problem. Anyway that's all for now. Oh by the way the wildflowers just outside of Arvin on the 223 as of last weekend seem to be gone...for now, I think the frost or the snow from the weekend before got to them
