Ads don't need to stick around forever. They're limited to 180 days, and run for 30 days by default. You can renew your ads up to the 180-day maximum and will get an email notice when your ad is nearing expiration.
When your item is sold, or you're no longer interested in it, you can remove the ad so people don't keep contacting you.
Comments can be posted to the ads, similar to forum posts, so people can ask questions publicly.
You can limit your ad's visibility to just site members or allow anonymous viewers. Remember that "site members" is more than just current LPA members.
You can easily add up to 3 images to your ad.
Your ad will appear in the "Random Ad" and "What's New" blocks on the home page.
Your ad appears in site search results based on content and any keywords you put in it.
You can subscribe to categories that interest you, and you'll receive an email when a new ad is posted.
