Plus you can have someone you know who lives on base, like me, take you around and get to stay much longer. ) There's some cool joshua trees out here, airplanes of course, frisbee golf course, dog park and a few other odds n ends - just depends on what you're in the mood for. There's even a small wetland pond (which I've just recently started watching for changes - no I don't mean Piute) Sunrises and sunsets tend to be quite cool out here too because its so isolated you can get away from the housing lighting quite quickly.
