I'm not familiar with Karen Graham's work but it's always interesting when one of LVAG's featured artists is a photographer. Somehow this one slipped under the radar because they had their reception April 2 and the showing goes through the 24th.
Perhaps more exciting is that the LVAG has updated their web site, though it's currently only one page deep. For those unfamiliar with the Lakes and Valley's Art Guild they have their gallery in Lake Hughes near the corner of Lake Hughes Blvd and Elizabeth Lake Rd. The gallery is open only on weekends and, as I recall, from about 10 a.m. to about 3 p.m. It's an interesting drive so take your camera and plan to stop along the way, especially at Lake Elizabeth.
