Just past Red Rock Canyon is trail SC103 which takes you a short way to a cliff about a mile long with trails up both sides. On the web site below you can see they have some rather large gatherings on the weekends. http://forums.rhino411.com/showthread.php?t=3745

Another area is north of Red Mountain but it's not as hilly.
Three-day weekends draw hundreds, maybe thousands of bikes to these areas and Thanksgiving week is supposed to be especially great.
