The city of Lancaster is having a soft opening for the MOAH:Cedar Center (44845 Cedar Ave Lancaster) on July 5th. They are having a pinup contest with prizes and is asking photographers to join up. The girls will be judged and giving prizes. The photographer images will also be judged and a winner will get wall space the MOAH:cedar for display. The event starts at 2:00pm
