The shine of high speed chrome and fresh wax mix with colorful blooms and foliage when Descanso Gardens welcomes 15 classic Cobras for a day of auto automobile fun for car enthusiasts of all ages. Original Shelby Cobras and Cobra Roadsters will be in various "hidden" Garden locales; children are encouraged to go on a "snake hunt to find all 15 cars and receive a small prize.
The serpent-themed day also features a family-friendly presentation from The Reptile Family at 1 p.m.

Saturday, June 20th at 10 am at the Prime Desert Woodland Interpretive Center
Join us at the Prime Desert Woodland Interpretive Center for a talk and workshop with documentary photographer and wilderness survival expert Lee Bergthold. Bergthold will speak about his treks across the deserts of California and Nevada and what he looks for when documenting his expeditions. The talk will be followed by an excursion along the trails so participants can gain some hands-on experience. Bring your camera! Free.
