We have a problem to solve… we need to be out of the Senior Center each evening by 8pm (under our contract terms with the SC). One thing that I observe, is that each group speaker gets to give updates about their group or task. I would suggest when the meeting is running long, such as when a guest speaker runs long or competitions, that Sue encapsulate the groups items to a few words. When the speaker or workshop is running short, allow each member to talk. This way it length of announcements can be "throttled" to meet our target exit time.

An added benefit is that we'd have the details to plug into the meeting minutes on the web without Bonnie having to furiously type them as they're spoken.
We can add a request to the meeting announcement that goes out before the competition.
One can still learn things from the critique of a winning photograph.
