This month, Mark Comon was our guest speaker. Every once in a great while, we have a fantastic program that wow's everyone. This was one of those programs.

Sue Craft put this together and I think she did a fantastic job of coordinating and arraigning this event. Members can leave her a message on our Forum that she frequents.

Over 45 members attended and 2 visitors.

Tuesday was the first night of David Anderson’s presidency. We started the evening with a competition. The theme was travel, and did we travel! From Bryce Canyon, to Germany, Tanzania, Marakesh, Japan and Taiwan, just to name a few of the places.

Over 50 people attended our meeting, including 6 visitors.

The evening began with our general meeting, followed by the Installation of Officers for 08-09, by Dennis Goodno.  Your new board members are Dave Anderson (President), Sue Craft (Vice President), Sharon Martinez (Secretary), and Nan Carder (Treasurer).

Over 58 members attended the meeting, and we had a record number of photo entries! This was an OPEN competition, the last competition of the 07-08 LPA year. Next month, all of the winning 1st place entries for the year will be competing for those year end trophies.

This evening's program was attended by 52 people, many of which entered the photo competition, where the theme was "Animals".

Jim Lendenthall and his wife Linda, from the Camera Club of Laguna Hills, presented a wonderful program on Yellowstone National Park.
